   في شركات كبيره ما نزلت اسعارها ليلحين

   ما رحتوا المعرض الاخير بالراية

   بس شنو نقطة النهاية؟ هل هي ٢٠٠٩ ، لا ٢٠١٠ و لا الحين؟ و لا خلال ست اشهر و الرجاء لا تعطي نصايح و توهق الناس
   بالنهاية الموضوع هل الاسبوع ما كان نصيحة او تحفيز للناس للبيع و الشراء الموضوع كان ان نشرح ظاهرة و احد مسببات الازمة

   First I do agree with you guys, people are afraid to spend the money on big purcheses like homes, lands or cars, but on the other hand you have people who make money in every disaster” natural or man-made disaster”
   E.G: in Somalia, some people got rich running guns, selling khat, providing security and cars to T.V and Radio reporters. Who knows how many people continue to get rich off Iraq, with shady deals and crooked contracts? In New Orleans when Ktrina hit the hardest, and while parts of the city are still underwater, investors are already circling, looking for properties to buy up on the cheap.Why? becuase they want to rebuild the houses when it was time!
   So we shouldn’t really fear that much because there are always big chances to start again.

   thank you for your comment and your enthusiasm. you serve as a great example of the type of reluctance that we are talking about in this episode.exactly that type of thinking. this episode is for you.

   to add to Ali’s comment, we base our research on fact thats what we gather from the available reports in addition to the feedback we got from companies which participated in the last expo. as for reading the future, we leave that to crystal balls .
