DSL Prices Comparison in Kuwait

I had a little free time yesterday so i had to do something which was little productive, well may be. I looked up all the available packages offered by the ISPs in Kuwait and compared their prices and speeds. All i can say is that KEMS supersede all other ISPs in price and speed. The source of the information is the providers’ site and if it wasn’t available i obtained the info via customer care

Hi,
I have been using Gulfnet service for the past 4 years and I’m very happy with their service. I am a heavy internet user (big downloads, gaming, streaming etc…).
They have the best offers and service (my personal experience).

Gulfnet service is the worst and it seems the have some bandwith limit or abusers list where they control
or rate the limit on users who download
