i passed by the new upcoming Salmiya Park which is now named the “Boulevard” and got some information from the sign board on site and it states the following;
Project name: Boulevard
Owner: the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs & Fish Resources (PAAFR)
Investor: Kuwait Commercial Markets Complex Company
Project Manager: Project Analysis & Control Systems Company (PROJACS)
Local Consultant: Gulf Consult
International Consultant: Dino Georgiou & Partners
Contractor: Wara Construction
Shoring and Dewatering Contractor: Shore-Tek
Project Budget: 12 million KD
Project Area: 380,000 sq m
Project Description: The 380,000 sq m project calls for the design and construction of a mall, health club, veterinary clinic, wedding hall, several car parks, two football pitches, six tennis courts, two basketball courts, cricket pitch, fountains and a 1.2 km railway circling the development in the Salmiya area.
