The hotel is to be the first Jumeirah Hotel in Kuwait (which was originally planned to be a Regent Hotel and the first in the Middle East). Jumeirah Messilah Beach is a luxurious beachfront development that will feature 307 rooms and suites, 80 serviced apartments and 12 chalets and 429 parking spaces. Guests of the hotel will also have access to six distinguished restaurants and lounges, a Talise spa, 200-metre private beach, swimming pool and children’s play area, in addition to extensive conference and banqueting facilities. According to Mark it will be opened in May of this year.

  14. Construction Start Date: 2004 (according to contracting)
  15. First Project Completion Date: 2007
  16. Current Project Completion Date: 2010

in case any of the above is wrong, please let us know. I guess the URL for the hotel will be http://www.jumeirahmessilahbeachhotel.com/ but it is not yet up and running and all you see is the company who is responsible in developing it which is called Melbourne IT Limited from Australia. Also there will be a Noodle House Res. just like most Jumeirah Hotels (Noodle house is owner by Jumeirah)
