Follow Up on….. Islamic Banks … Are they really Islamic?

Last time we spoke about Islamic banks, it was mentioned that ONLY 5% of all so called Islamic banks follow Islamic teachings for financial and bank roles and regulations. Very interesting!!! I didn’t know anything about this subject! Well I’m not a Muslim so it’s really interesting!!!

The name Islamic banks you expect them to be 100% Islamic, not 5%!!

I think you are really brave to talk in such details, Dr. Bo Rashid! I hope none would take it against you! Because I found it really good subject… I think it was very clear a well told… I have to thank you for great podcast!!!

They are using the way you said about the helping loan or helping money in Finland! If you take somewhere in the government a well studied project, and everything that’s written down well and counted for! You get to pay just part of it back!! But of course you have to be a Finn!!!!

Thank you guys for the interesting subject! :)

noracassandra: Thanks for the comment. I think not talking about such crucial subjects is a problem especially since we live in an age full of deception and cheating in the name of religion. I am not against Islamic banks; in fact I am all for it but people should know what they are all about. I think any religion is there to help people not to make them suffer and that’s why we should ask and read about anything in the name of a religion before we commit. Cheers :)
